The Artist Edition is committed to help you display your artwork in the best way possible. All prints will be mounted on Dibond before being framed. We strive to create not only the most aesthetically pleasing artworks, but also creative solutions that meet rigorous standards for quality and conservation. The work is done by master craftsmen used to delivering premium quality custom frames for museums, galleries, art advisors and art institutions.
The Framing Company
Skyframe & Display was founded by Robert Benrimon in 1983 in New York City. The business was born in Soho, during the boom of new “pop artists”. The original model of Skyframe was to provide high end custom framing to local New York art galleries and up and coming artists.
Over time, Skyframe grew to include services for the retail industry, forming excellent bonds with key figures in the Fashion Industry, and went from exclusively gallery framing to working with some of the industry’s finest companies. In 2001, Skyframe expanded and moved from Soho to its Chelsea penthouse showroom, and opened up a production plant in Hillside, New Jersey.
Skyframe’s services extend to Art Galleries, Museums, Interior Designers, and the fashion industry globally. Over the course of the last 35 years, Skyframe has maintained an excellent reputation in the industry. This can be seen through their loyal clientele and devoted customers such as Staley Wise Gallery, Danziger Gallery, Gagosian and more.
The Artist Edition Frames
US frames are made with 92% UV protected plexiglass.
EU frames are made with 92% UV protected glass
They come in black or white but can be totally custom made in colour and wood and size.
